Refund & Cancellation Policy
At The Barn Temple, we pour time, energy, and care into creating sacred spaces for healing, growth, and connection. To ensure sustainability and fairness for all participants, we have the following refund and cancellation policy in place:
1. One-Time Events & Workshops (Single Sessions, Retreats, and Circles)
- All bookings for one-time events, workshops, and circles are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by The Barn Temple.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to prior approval.
2. Multi-Session Containers (e.g., Six-Month Circles, Course Series, & Memberships)
- No refunds will be issued once the series has begun. When you book a space in a multi-session container, you are committing to the full duration, and your place is held exclusively for you.
- If you are unable to continue attending due to unforeseen circumstances, you may request to transfer your place to a future offering or gift it to another participant. Requests must be made in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Private Sessions (1:1 Healing, Reiki, & Yoga)
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations by The Barn Temple
- If an event or session is canceled by The Barn Temple, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future event.
These policies are in place to honor the energetic exchange between facilitator and participant while ensuring that our offerings remain accessible and sustainable. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to this sacred space.
