Mothers & Maidens Circle ~ (ages 10-15)

Healing what moves between mothers and daughters.

What wasn’t held for us, we hold together.

There comes a time when our daughters begin to change. Their worlds become bigger. Their questions deeper. Their emotions more complex.

And whilst we long to support them, many of us are trying to guide them through territory we were never shown how to navigate ourselves.

This circle was born from a longing for something different.

A longing for village.

 A space where mothers and daughters can gather in community, sit in circle, share stories, laughter, worries and wisdom, and be reminded that neither of them are meant to walk this journey alone.

Together we create space for honest conversations, creative exploration, reflection and connection.

We gather to strengthen the foundations between mothers and daughters.

To honour the changes that adolescence brings rather than fear them.

To challenge the narrative that these years are simply something to survive.

And perhaps, as we hold our daughters through this threshold, we are offered an opportunity to gently tend to the parts of ourselves that longed to be held too.

What to Expect

From September, we will gather as a consistent circle for six months, meeting monthly for 2 hours of connection, conversation and community.

This is a six-month journey rather than a series of standalone sessions - a nurturing container where mothers and daughters can build trust, deepen relationships and feel the comfort of familiar faces over time. By committing to the full six months, the group has the opportunity to grow together, creating a sense of safety, continuity and belonging that unfolds naturally across the journey.

To support this commitment, payment covers the full six-month container, helping to create a dedicated space where everyone can settle in, feel held by the process, and fully engage in the experience.

Each month will gently build on the last:

September ~ Arriving & Belonging

Getting to know one another, creating safety within the circle, and exploring what it means to feel seen, welcomed and connected.

October ~ Friendship & Connection

Reflecting on friendships, communication and the relationships that help us feel supported and understood.

November ~ Emotions & Self-Awareness

Learning to recognise, name and honour our feelings, while building trust in our inner experiences.

December ~ Creativity & Expression

Using creative practices, storytelling and reflection to explore who we are and how we express ourselves.

January ~ Boundaries & Confidence

Exploring healthy boundaries, self-respect and the confidence to honour our needs and values.

February ~ Growth & Celebration

Reflecting on our journey together, celebrating what has unfolded, and honouring the transitions and possibilities ahead.

At the heart of every gathering is circle.

A place where mothers and daughters can arrive exactly as they are.

A place to share joys, worries, questions and experiences without judgement.

A place where safety, trust and belonging can gently grow month by month.

A place to practise listening to the wisdom of the body, recognising what we are feeling, and building deeper foundations of trust within ourselves and our relationships.

Above all, this is an opportunity to be held by community.

To find familiarity, connection and support through a shared journey.

To remember that growing up was never meant to happen in isolation, and that motherhood was never meant to be walked alone.

This circle is for mothers and daughters with girls aged 10–15 as they enter the threshold of puberty and early adolescence.

Together we may explore themes of menstrual cycles, emotional awareness, body connection, ancestral wisdom, and our relationship with nature and the living world.

This is a space to honour the changing body and to support this passage with reverence, grounding, and community.

Cost & Commitment

This is a six-month guided journey, meeting once a month from September for a 2-hour mother and daughter circle.

The full investment for the programme is £250 per family, which covers all six gatherings.

To support accessibility, there are two ways to join:

Pay in full

£250 per family

A one-time payment that secures your place for the full six-month container.

Instalment plan

3 payments of £100 per family

- £125 on booking via website 

- £62.50 in month 2 via BACS

- £62.50 in month 4 via BACS

 Instalments are offered as a way to make the commitment more accessible, however by joining this circle you are stepping into a full six-month container. The payment plan is not a pay-as-you-go option.

Your place is held for the duration of the journey so the group can grow in trust, familiarity and connection over time.

I gently ask that families only book if they are able to commit to the full series, as the strength of this work comes from continuity and shared presence.

As you pull into The Meadows, please bear right and park in the main car park. Walk around to the front of the building (The Meadows), and you’ll find the front door open. Once inside, turn right, walk along the corridor, go through the door and up the stairs—you’ll find our temple space at the top.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment or space at any of our events with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment or space less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund. 

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment or event.
