Red Tent Drumming Circle ~ A return to rhythm. A return to the red tent.
Red Tent Drum Circle
Monthly Women’s Gathering
There was a time when the drum was in women’s hands.
A time when rhythm marked the cycles of the moon, the seasons of the earth, and the seasons within a woman’s body. The drum was not performance - it was prayer and it was power.
The Red Tent Drum Circle is a monthly gathering devoted to reclaiming that remembering.
Together we sit in circle, sharing ceremonial cacao as we soften the heart and prepare to journey inward. Guided by the steady heartbeat of the drum, we explore the many seasons of womanhood - meeting ourselves as child, maiden, lover, mother, wild one, crone.
Each month we enter a different archetypal season.
Through rhythm and guided journeying, we listen for what is rising. What is healing. What is asking to be reclaimed.
This is not about learning technique.
It is about awakening instinct.
In our time together we will:
Open with ceremonial cacao and intention
Journey with the drum to meet a feminine archetype
Experience collective rhythm and embodied expression
Journal for reflection and integration
Share in an intimate, held red tent circle.
The drum is ancient medicine.
Its rhythm mirrors the heartbeat, the pulse of the earth, the blood memory carried in our bones.
This is a space for women who feel the call to remember their cyclical nature, to honour their inner seasons, and to reclaim the sacred power of their voice and rhythm.
No experiece with drumming is needed - Only a willingness to listen.
Spaces are limited to preserve the intimacy and safety of the circle.
Welcome to the red tent.
Welcome back to the drum.
