Deep Roots ~ Sprout is for those who are ready to grow their practice a little further — to step into the rhythm of three classes each week, creating more consistency and deeper nourishment while still holding balance with the rest of life.

This tier offers more space to explore both yoga and sound, and to feel the strength and support of a community that gathers together week after week.

With this pass, you receive:

• Up to 3 classes per week — choose freely between yoga and sound (Earth-Based Yin, Rise & Restore, The Reflective Flow, The Embodied Flow, or a Weekly Sound Bath). Please note, you're also welcome to swap one class to one of the premium offerings of The Deep Exhale or Rose & Womb Flow once a month if you'd like to. 

• The flexibility to weave together movement, stillness, and sacred rest in a way that supports your own unique rhythm.

• Full access to our private WhatsApp group, where the community gathers for reflections, support, and connection.

• The Sisterhood Pass: each month, you are invited to gift a place to one woman in your life who needs this sacred time for herself.

At drop-in rates, 12 classes per month could cost £120–£150+, depending on your mix.

🌿 Membership Notes

• When you sign up, your membership is on a subscription basis, which means it will automatically renew each month unless you choose to pause or cancel. You are free to pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

• If for any reason I need to cancel a class, you will be able to transfer it to another offering. If you cancel a class yourself, this cannot be transferred or refunded. During my holidays (including Christmas), all memberships will be paused, and they will resume automatically afterwards.

• Once you join, you will receive a welcome email with your membership discounts, plus an invite to our private WhatsApp group. Within the group, you’ll receive updates on class changes, reminders, and upcoming events, as well as the ongoing support of a truly beautiful community of women who gather week in, week out.
