This is not a typical Reiki training.

It’s a ceremony of return - a full-bodied immersion into the quiet knowing that you are already whole, already connected, and already capable of holding healing light.

Held 1:1 in the sanctuary of The Barn Temple, this experience weaves together traditional Usui Reiki teachings with my own intuitive and earth-rooted approach to energy work. Together, we create a space of reverence, softness, and awakening.

This is for anyone ready to step into their own healing - whether for personal use, self-regulation, spiritual growth, or as the beginning of a path in energy work.

You’ll leave not with a set of rigid techniques, but with a felt sense of what it means to hold space for yourself and others in a way that is intuitive, respectful, and rooted in love.

💫 Your Reiki 1 Immersion Includes:

— A sacred welcome into the temple space

— The story and origins of Reiki (with space for questions and exploration)

— Introduction to Celtic energetic healing (optional, but offered if it calls)

— A sound bath to settle your nervous system and open your energy field

— Journaling prompts to support inner clarity and intention

— Receiving Reiki and practising intuitive energy exchange

— Your Reiki Level 1 attunement ceremony

— Herbal tea and gentle refreshments

— Space to integrate, rest, and reflect

— Ongoing support after your attunement

— Certificate of completion (posted after case studies are received)

Length: approx. 5–5.5 hours (with soft breaks)

Exchange: £210

Booking: £50 deposit to secure your space. Balance payable on the day or in instalments.

🌸 After Your Attunement

You’ll be invited to complete three case study reflections (practising Reiki on yourself or others) before receiving your printed certificate in the post.

This is a beautiful part of the journey - an opportunity to deepen your understanding, build trust in your intuition, and explore how Reiki moves through you.

You’ll also receive continued support via email or message if anything arises as you begin your practice.

Truly Beautiful and Transformational

I had wanted to explore the world of Reiki for some time but I wasn't sure where to begin. After finding The Barn Temple and the wonderful experiences Laurie offers here, I knew I wished for nobody else but Laurie to set me on the path for my journey. When I arrived on the day, the Temple space was laid out as beautifully as it always is, only this time it felt it was all for me, which was so special. Laurie is a wonderful person, so kind, patient, open, guiding and supportive. The time went so quickly as we talked about my goals and I found I learnt easily through our conversation. Laurie is so knowledgeable and I adored how she included Celtic traditions and teachings. My attunement was so serene - Laurie played a personal sound bath for me and gave me some reiki, leaving me feeling on top of the world. As my journey continues, I'm so happy I found Laurie - her wonderful work has changed me this year in such lovely and positive ways, and I can't wait to experience more with her at The Barn Temple.

A beautiful experience

It is hard to put into words the impact that my attunement has had on me. I already attend the Temple and am already familiar with Laurie and her beautiful style of teaching and I was really excited to have this time 1-1 with her. I was not disappointed. Laurie structures the time so that we had space to explore both the principles of reiki and my reasons for seeking attunement in wonderful safe way. I felt seen.
