Weekly Evening Sound Bath & Meditation
An Invitation to Rest: A Weekly Sound Bath at The Barn Temple
Join me for a deeply restorative evening by candlelight - a chance to soften, release, and be gently held by the healing resonance of the crystal singing bowls.
You'll be welcomed into a space filled with candlelight, fairy lights, and comforting natural aromas. We begin with soft breathwork and guided meditation, allowing your body to gently arrive and let go.
The Barn Temple is a sanctuary where every detail is designed to support your nervous system and soothe your mind and body. Sheepskin rugs, blankets, bolsters, and mats are provided so you can fully settle in.
Each session includes guided meditation, breath awareness, and gentle nervous system repair techniques, followed by a deeply immersive sound journey with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other sacred instruments. This is more than a class - it’s a space to reconnect with yourself.
From there, the sound of the crystal singing bowls will guide you into a deeper state of rest - releasing tension and inviting peace.
In a world that constantly asks us to rush, strive, and stretch ourselves thin, it can feel unnatural to rest. But it is essential. Rest is not a luxury - it is a form of medicine. During a sound bath, many experience profound relaxation and a deeper connection to the self. The vibrations are both felt and heard, helping to release stagnant or stored energy within the body’s systems.
So, What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is an immersive acoustic experience that relaxes the body, calms the mind, and activates the body's natural healing systems. It can:
~ Activate higher states of consciousness
~ Relieve anxiety, stress, and insomnia
~ Promote deep meditation and emotional release
~ Ease physical pain and tension
~ Encourage clarity, calm, and inner peace
~ Support the nervous system and reduce blood pressure

What to Bring:

Lie back, close your eyes, and let the sound waves wash over you - melting away what no longer serves.
