This 60-minute offering is a restorative space for you to soften, receive, and recalibrate. Combining the ancient practice of Usui Reiki with the vibrational power of sound healing, this session works across the energetic body to soothe your nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and guide you back to your centre.
You’ll be lovingly held in a candlelit space, invited to lie down, rest, and simply be.
