Made with chamomile, oat straw and rose, this tea is an invitation to slow down, soften and return to yourself. Whether enjoyed at the end of a busy day, during a quiet moment of reflection, or as part of an evening ritual, Resting Place offers a gentle pause amidst the noise of everyday life.

Chamomile has been cherished for centuries as a herb of comfort and ease. Oat straw has a long tradition of use as a nourishing herb, often turned to during times of depletion, overwhelm and fatigue. Rose brings a delicate sweetness to the blend and reminds us to tend not only to the body, but also to the heart.

In traditional herbalism, chamomile was often associated with peace, patience and protection. Oat straw has long been valued as a restorative plant, helping to support those who have been giving more than they have been receiving. Rose has been revered across cultures as a symbol of love, devotion and compassion.

Together, these plants create a cup that feels like an exhale.

⸙ To Prepare ⸙

Add 1–2 teaspoons (or generous pinches) per person to a tea strainer or teapot.

Pour over freshly boiled water and allow to infuse for 10–15 minutes.

Enjoy as it is, or with a little honey if desired.

The herbs used within my tea blends are either grown in my garden, responsibly foraged, or sourced from trusted suppliers when needed. Foraging has been a passion of mine for many years, and every plant is gathered with care, respect and gratitude for the land that provides it.
