The Threshold Keeper was created for those moments in life when we find ourselves standing between what has been and what is yet to come. A change in season. A new beginning. A loss. A calling. A decision. A crossing.
This blend brings together Ravensara, Cistus (Labdanum) and Elemi, three oils traditionally associated with protection, transformation and guidance through uncertain terrain.
Ravensara is known as the guardian at the gate, offering steadiness and clarity when the path ahead feels unclear. Cistus carries a deep, ancient quality, inviting us to release what is complete and trust the wisdom of the unknown. Elemi acts as the bridge, gently illuminating the way forward and helping us move with grace between endings and beginnings.
This is an oil for those moments when life asks us to step forward before we feel entirely ready.

How to Use
Apply a small amount to pulse points, wrists, temples, the heart centre, behind the ears, or the soles of the feet. Many people enjoy using it before meditation, prayer, journalling, ceremony, or during times of significant life change.
Take a moment to pause, breathe deeply, and allow the aroma to accompany your intention.

All oils are blended in sweet almond oil. If you have a nut allergy or would prefer an alternative carrier oil, please let me know and I can prepare your blend using organic olive oil instead.

Each bottle is hand blended in small batches at The Barn Temple with care, intention and reverence for the plants and resins from which these oils are created. ✧
These oils have been lovingly created alongside my training with Hannah Grace at the Temple of Graceful Dawn. Through my studies on the Myrrhophore path, I am learning the sacred traditions of oils, anointing, devotion and the ways in which plants have accompanied humanity through healing, prayer and life's many transitions for centuries. It feels important to honour both my teacher and this lineage of wisdom, which continues to shape the way I work with these precious oils.
