🌿 Membership Notes

•When you sign up, your membership is on a subscription basis, which means it will automatically renew each month unless you choose to pause or cancel. You are free to pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

•If for any reason I need to cancel a class, you will be able to transfer it to another offering. If you cancel a class yourself, this cannot be transferred or refunded. During my holidays (including Christmas), all memberships will be paused, and they will resume automatically afterwards.

•Once you join, you will receive a welcome email with your membership discounts, plus an invite to our private WhatsApp group. Within the group, you’ll receive updates on class changes, reminders, and upcoming events, as well as the ongoing support of a truly beautiful community of women who gather week in, week out.

• Membership pricing is secured at the rate you joined on and will remain the same for as long as your subscription continues on a rolling basis. If a membership is cancelled and later restarted, the original price cannot be guaranteed and the current membership rate at the time of rejoining will apply.

Late Cancellation Policy For Classes 

Membership offers a reduced rate and the privilege of reserving a space within classes. As spaces in the temple are limited and often in high demand, I kindly ask that if you can no longer attend a class you cancel your booking at least four hours before the session begins so that the space can be offered to someone else in the community.

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes things are outside of our control. However, cancellations made within four hours of the class will be recorded as attended.

Thank you for understanding and helping to ensure that spaces within the temple are shared fairly and respectfully amongst the community.
