Raspberry leaf, nettle and yarrow have long been treasured within traditional herbalism as plants associated with women's wellbeing. Rose brings softness and beauty to the blend, reminding us to meet ourselves with tenderness, especially during seasons that ask us to turn inward.

For generations, women have gathered around plants as companions through the changing seasons of their lives. Raspberry leaf has a long history of use within women's herbal traditions, while nettle has been valued as a nourishing and strengthening plant. Yarrow has been associated with protection, boundaries and women's wisdom for centuries. Rose, beloved across cultures and traditions, has long symbolised love, compassion and devotion.

Together these herbs create a blend that honours the cyclical nature of womanhood, whatever season you find yourself in.

⸙ To Prepare ⸙

Add 1 to 2 teaspoons, or generous pinches, per person to a tea strainer or teapot.

Pour over freshly boiled water and allow to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes.

Enjoy as it is, or with a little honey if desired.

The herbs used within my tea blends are either grown in my garden, responsibly foraged, or sourced from trusted suppliers when needed. Foraging has been a passion of mine for many years, and every plant is gathered with care, respect and gratitude for the land that provides it.
