Reading has always been one of my greatest joys. I love nothing more than getting lost in books that open up the world of feminine story, mythology, and remembrance. There’s something in these texts that feels familiar, as though they’re reconnecting us with wisdom that once lived naturally in our lineages.
The Red Thread Reading Circle has come from that place.
Together, we will journey through rich layers of feminine literature. Stories that root us into the earth, into myth, into the deep well of feminine knowing. Books such as If Women Rose Rooted and Hagitude by Sharon Blackie, Women Who Run With The Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estés, and Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer, alongside other soul stirring texts that awaken imagery, intuition, and inner landscapes.
This is not a traditional book club.
There is no pressure to keep up, no expectation to analyse or perform.
You will read in your own time, at your own pace, and once a month, we gather together where we will sit together with tea, chocolate, and community.
We can share, we can listen, we can wander through the worlds these books have opened within us.
This is a space for women to step out of the constant pull of the external world and into something more nourishing. A space where scrolling is replaced with story, where urgency softens into presence, and where imagination becomes a doorway back to the feminine.
There is no facilitator, no structure to follow. Just a circle of women, meeting as equals, in curiosity and connection.
When it feels complete, we move on to the next book. Allowing each one to unfold in its own time.
This is a donation based offering, contributing towards the space, tea, and shared comforts.
