Return to the Waters ~ A Womb & Heart Softening Ceremony for Women
There are moments in life when we can feel something stirring beneath the surface.
A collective grief, an ache in the womb, a quiet heaviness we cannot always name.
As women living in modern times, many of us have learned to brace, to guard and to harden in order to move through the world.
This ceremony is not about fighting what has hurt us.
It is about laying down the armour.
Return to the Waters is a 2.5-hour sacred space to soften, release, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body - particularly the womb and sacral centre, the home of creativity, sensuality, pleasure, and emotional flow.
Together, we will gently explore:
Releasing shame held in the womb space
Softening collective and personal grief
Letting go of fear around being seen and expressed
Reclaiming sensuality as something sacred and natural
Reconnecting to creativity and joy
This is a tender space.
A held space.
A slow space.
We will weave together:
A heart-opening cacao ceremony
EFT tapping to release shame and inherited grief
Gentle somatic movement to awaken the hips and pelvis
A guided womb meditation
Creative expression through journaling or intuitive art
Closing circle and integration
You do not need to be “fixed", you do not need to perform healing, you do not need to become stronger. You are invited to soften, to feel. To remember that your body is not something to fight - it is something to return to.
This ceremony is for women who are perhaps experiencing heaviness or grief in their womb space,
Have experienced shame around their sensuality or sexuality,
Long to reconnect with creativity and pleasure,
Feel called to explore their feminine energy in a safe, grounded way,
Desire softness rather than force,
No prior experience with cacao, EFT, or meditation is required.
My Intention For This Space
We do not become what has hurt us.
We do not harden to survive.
We soften.
We allow the waters to move.
We reclaim what has always been ours.
