Ā
Yoga classes within the temple are held as women-only spaces. This is an intentional container choice to support a quality of experience where women can move, breathe, and explore their practice with a greater sense of ease, freedom, and inward attention. In mixed-gender settings, there can sometimes be subtle layers of self-consciousness or social conditioning that shape how we inhabit our bodies, and this space is held to gently soften that. It is not about exclusion, but about the specific depth and quality of presence that becomes available in a women-held environment.Ā
We recognise this may feel disappointing for some, and this is something that has been considered carefully over time. After listening closely to the women within this space, this feels most aligned with the quality of experience we are committed to holding within the Temple, one of safety, freedom, and inward presence for those who choose to step into it.
Ā
Every yoga class, sound bath, circle, or ceremony held within the Temple goes beyond a typical studio experience. Rooted in nervous system awareness, somatic practice, and teachings of empowerment and self-love, each offering reflects years of dedicated practice and experience. These experiences are designed as full-bodied journeys - holding space for reflection, connection, and transformation. I invite you to arrive with an open heart, ready to engage with your body, mind, and spirit.
