Harmonic Nectar is a slow, devotional immersion into sound, energy, and touch ~ a ritual designed to meet you across many layers: physical, emotional, and subtle. This is not simply a treatment; it is a recalibration, a soft opening, a return.
We begin with therapeutic tuning forks, placed on and around the body to gently shift your field into coherence. Their vibration encourages the nervous system to drop into safety, clears areas of stagnation, and awakens pathways of flow that often lie quiet beneath stress and overwhelm. This sets the tone ~ grounded, spacious, and deeply receptive.
From here, Reiki flows as a quiet undercurrent. It’s not directed or forced; it simply meets your system where it is. Reiki supports emotional unwinding, energetic replenishment, and the soft reorganisation that happens when the body finally feels safe enough to let go.
With your system open and attuned, we move into an Indian Head Massage, tending through the shoulders, neck, scalp, and face. This hands-on sequence melts tension, softens the jaw, loosens the crown, and creates an open, flowing channel through the upper chakras. The crown, third eye, and throat gently awaken, supporting clarity, intuition, expression, and inner spaciousness.

Booking Your 1:1 Session
All 1:1 sessions are arranged directly with me, so we can find a time that truly suits your needs. Once we’ve agreed on a date, you’re welcome to secure your session via the website, BACS, or pay on the day by cash or card. If you choose to pay on the day, a deposit is kindly requested to hold your space.
Available times for 1:1 sessions:
Monday morning: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Monday evening: 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Thursday evening: 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Sunday morning: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm

Contraindications
For your safety and comfort, this treatment cannot be offered in the presence of the following:
recent head, neck, or shoulder injuries
contagious conditions affecting the skin or scalp
active migraine at the time of treatment
intoxication or substance use
fever or acute illness
A doctor’s note may be required for:
cardiovascular conditions (including unmanaged high blood pressure)
recent surgery
epilepsy
diagnosed mental health conditions where touch or energy work may be destabilising
Any ongoing medical treatment where massage or energy work may need clearance
All appointments are confirmed with a consultation form that must be completed and signed before your session. This ensures your treatment is safe, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
Arrival & Lateness
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to settle in and ensure we can begin promptly.
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if you arrive late without prior notice, your treatment will still need to finish at the scheduled time so that I can honour other appointments and my family commitments. As I work around childcare, I am unable to extend appointment times, so any lateness will reduce the length of your treatment.

Massage and 1:1 bodywork sessions are offered as women-only spaces. This is an intentional choice to support a sense of safety, ease, and depth within the work, allowing women to fully relax without the subtle layers of self-consciousness that can sometimes arise in mixed-gender settings. It is not about exclusion, but about the quality of nervous system support and receptivity that becomes available in this particular container. We recognise this may feel disappointing for some, and this decision has been considered over time. It feels most aligned with the integrity of the space we are committed to holding for women who come here to be supported in this way.
