Held in the sacred stillness of The Barn Temple, this one-to-one session combines Reiki with vibrational sound healing using tuning forks,creating a deeply restorative experience for the nervous system, the energy field, and the subtle body.

Tuning forks work by emitting specific sound frequencies that create vibrational shifts in your energy field and physical body.

When applied near or gently on the body, they:

~ Clear stagnant energy from the chakras and aura

You'll lie down fully clothed, wrapped in warmth and stillness, as I work through the energy centres of your body using:

~Chakra tuning forks – to balance and harmonise the 7 main energy centres

~Gaia (Earth) frequency forks – for grounding and calming the root system

~DNA + pineal forks – for energetic clearing, cellular support and intuitive awakening

~Body tuning forks (Otto forks) – placed gently on the bones or joints to release stored tension and awaken the body’s own healing response

~Reiki energy healing – layered throughout, supporting deep rest and integration

There is nothing you need to do but lie back and receive.
