Through attuned Indian Head Massage, an ancient practice originating in Ayurveda, tension held in the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp, and face is gently released, encouraging the body to softly open and settle. Alongside this, Reiki - an energy healing modality that channels universal life force - flows as a quiet guide, supporting the body’s innate wisdom and the natural movement of energy.
The crown chakra, often a repository for overwhelm, scattered thoughts, or deep spiritual longing, is lovingly brushed, inviting clarity, receptivity, and a subtle connection to inner guidance. The third eye, where intuition and insight reside, is gently awakened, fostering presence and inner knowing. The throat, home to self-expression and unspoken truth, is supported to release tension and encourage authentic voice. The heart, the seat of emotional experience, is held with care, allowing stored grief, love, and longing to move with ease.

30 minutes – £40
A shorter, potent dose of soothing crown, scalp, neck work, softened by a hint of Reiki.
45 minutes – £50
A balanced ritual including upper back, neck, scalp, face, and gentle chakra awakening.
60 minutes – £65
A full, immersive journey of massage, Reiki, and deep energetic attunement — the complete Sacred Nectar experience.

Consultation & Contraindications
To ensure your safety and to offer the most attuned experience possible, all sessions require a brief consultation form to be completed and signed before your appointment. This helps me understand your needs, medical considerations, and any adaptations required.
Contraindications (massage or Reiki may be unsuitable):
Recent head, neck, or shoulder injuries
Severe migraines at the time of treatment
Contagious conditions of the scalp or skin
Fever, flu, or acute illness
Recent surgery (within 6 months, depending on area)
Uncontrolled high blood pressure
Conditions requiring GP consent or a doctor’s note may include:
Cardiovascular conditions
Cancer (current or recent)
Epilepsy
Thrombosis or at-risk clotting
Diabetes (depending on stability)
Any condition where deep relaxation may affect medication response

Massage and 1:1 bodywork sessions are offered as women-only spaces. This is an intentional choice to support a sense of safety, ease, and depth within the work, allowing women to fully relax without the subtle layers of self-consciousness that can sometimes arise in mixed-gender settings. It is not about exclusion, but about the quality of nervous system support and receptivity that becomes available in this particular container. We recognise this may feel disappointing for some, and this decision has been considered over time. It feels most aligned with the integrity of the space we are committed to holding for women who come here to be supported in this way.
