This deeply transformative 90-minute to 2-hour treatment blends ancient Mayan womb massage, shamanic practice, and feminine wisdom to support healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.
Trained by the Sanctuary of Sophia and the incredible Angie Twydall, I am honoured to offer this sacred bodywork to the women of my community — to support you in remembering your power, reclaiming your centre, and restoring flow through the sacred landscape of your womb.

This is an external, hands-on massage across the abdomen, lower back, sacrum, and womb space, always performed with consent, warmth, and care. Your body is lovingly supported through:

The barn temple is the most beautiful, calm and tranquil place. I’ve attended the sound bath, reiki and tea ceremony most months in 2024 and it is the best 2 hours of the month! I’ll look forward to another year of this wonderful experience in 2025.
First of all, I'd like to thank you for bringing me into a safe space and cleansing all doubts I had at first. For me personally I can be quite nervous, however the atmosphere, people and experience allows you to accept you're in good hands. When settled in and relaxed you feel a form of fulfillment within you - which continues after you leave the practice. I'd highly recommend to anyone to experience The Barn Temple.
I recognise that each woman's experience with this practice will be unique to individual women, your circumstances, what you're reaching for, and who you are as a person will all shape your personal connection with a womb massage.
The practice itself was holding and nurturing the very Being of my womanhood. This was something I'd been struggling with since I stepped into my perimenopausal chapter. I'd found myself apologizing for being a woman. Being around male energy in my daily life, both young and mature, I began to wish that I was a man and that this chapter would close for me. I felt uncomfortable when my hormone levels fluctuated, and my energy altered. I felt apologetic to the male energy surrounding me, supporting me, as if I was the bad guy.
In the weeks upto this treatment I found myself exploring new ways of feeling more comfortable in this process. I looked away from medicinal intervention and towards holistic practices. My mind, body and soul were open to connecting with a new way of experiencing this moment.
The experience with Laurie allowed me to give myself permission to be a woman and unapologetically stand in this light. I learned that to move forward we must honour our womanhood and the magic that it brings to life, the emotion that flows through us, and the womanly human experience that is safe and natural to feel.
Women are all to quick to reach for a magic tablet. For some this will work but it's not for everyone.
Now, when I feel energy fluctuations I hold myself, I honour with gratitude all that my womb and my womanhood has given me, and I like the woman I am. I honour my body in ways that feel right.

Laurie has an amazing gift for communicating directly, without words, straight to your core and is able to mirror that in the session. You come away feeling perfectly held and heard, more confident and comfortable with yourself.
Our last session was extremely powerful as she gently encouraged me to speak aloud the messages my womb was trying to tell me. They came through thick and fast, delighted to have finally been given the opportunity to be heard. I felt as if my voice and path forward had been miraculously revealed to me in a way impossible to ignore!
