Soft Nectar is a simplified, hands-on version of my Sacred Nectar offering - purely the massage, purely the medicine of touch. This traditional Indian Head Massage, rooted in the Ayurvedic practice of Champissage, works through the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp, and face to soften held tension and invite the body into a state of grounded ease.
Through rhythmic movements, gentle pressure, and intuitive touch, stagnation begins to dissolve and the nervous system is soothed into slow, quiet settling. The scalp is nourished, the mind unwinds, and the muscles of the face melt into softness. This treatment is especially supportive if you experience headaches, jaw tension, overwhelm, sensory fatigue, or simply feel “full” in the head and heart.
Soft Nectar is ideal when you want the healing of touch without the energy component of Reiki - just warm hands, steady presence, and a deeply comforting experience to help you exhale.
