✨ Spiral Home : A Reflective Chakra Immersion

A 2.5-hour journey of breath, movement, stillness and soul.
A sacred space to return to yourself.
To lay down the weight.
And listen for the whisper beneath it all.
In the ancient language of yoga, yoga means yolk - to bind, to unify.
Chakra means wheel - a spiral, an energy centre, a sacred pathway within.
In this immersive feminine practice, we move through the seven chakras not as a ladder to climb, but as a spiral to descend and rise through - one centre at a time.
Each chakra invites us into a part of ourselves:
our grounding, our feeling, our power, our heart, our truth, our intuition, our divinity.
We move through all of it - gently, deeply, and with reverence.
🌿 What to Expect
As we journey through the Asanas, we take a traditional Hatha yoga approach - steady, meditative, spacious.
Each chakra will be honoured with 3–4 specific postures, held for time, supported with props, and layered with Pranayama (breathwork) designed to awaken or shift energy in that centre.
This is not a fast or flowing class — it is a ritual of slowness.
A place where you are invited to meet yourself in stillness.
Each posture becomes a prayer.
Each breath becomes a thread.
Together we’ll weave:
Pranayama techniques to stimulate, clear or balance each chakra
Asana practice ~ deeply supportive, with variations and options for all levels
Somatic cues that guide you inward and back to body wisdom
Elements of sound, mantra, and silence to deepen your inner listening
Meditation + intuitive movement woven gently throughout
Yoga Nidra ~ a guided journey through the subtle body
Journalling to honour what arises and integrate what is felt
☕ Closing Circle
We’ll gather in quiet company, cradled by warmth and stillness.
A nourishing closing space with:
Journalling prompts to anchor your insights
Seasonal fruit + simple nuts
A choice of herbal tea or ceremonial cacao ~ depending on your body’s needs
Space to share or sit in silence
A return to wholeness, gently held
