Welcome to The Barn Temple Yoga

 

Yoga, for me, is more than movement – it’s an invitation to come home to yourself. My name is Laurie, and I have spent nearly nine years creating spaces where individuals can connect deeply with themselves, their bodies, and the earth. Through holding women’s circles, working with energy, and honouring the cycles of nature, I have built a practice rooted in listening, healing, and weaving the sacred into everything I offer.

 

Every class, workshop, retreat, or session is designed to empower you to feel safe and comfortable within your own body, to explore your inner world without bypassing the emotions that arise, and to reconnect with your unique strength and light.

Each of my offerings is deeply inspired by the close connection I hold with the earth and her cycles. I weave somatic practices, breathwork, womb healing, Celtic energy healing, and plant medicine into my work, creating a nurturing space for transformation and self-discovery. These tools are not just for the classroom – they are designed to be taken into your daily life to ground yourself, regulate your emotions, and find healing beyond the mat.
