Embody & Let Go

A monthly somatic circle for release, reflection & renewal

If you don’t make time to feel it, your body will hold it.

At the end of each month, we gather in circle -

to pause, to feel, and to gently let go.

This 75-minute session offers a space to check in with your body, notice what’s present, and release the emotional weight that may have built up over the weeks. Through a blend of EFT tapping, breathwork, meditation, and guided journalling, you'll be supported to regulate your nervous system and come back into connection with yourself.

Each circle includes:

• Gentle somatic movement & grounding

• EFT Tapping for emotional release

• Breathwork to reset the body

• Meditation to soften and reconnect

• Journalling prompts to create clarity

• Rest and reflection in community

Why in a circle?

Because healing is powerful in community.

A circle is ancient. Equal. Rooted in reverence.

There’s no hierarchy - just a shared space where each woman is seen and held.

Together, we remember that we are not alone in our feelings, our fatigue, or our becoming.
